Really nice owners and excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Very clean and handy off street parking. Breakfast room cosy and warm. Location particularly good if travelling from Southampton airport...

Warm welcome. Excellent choice at breakfast which was beautifully cooked. Comfortable, quiet room.
The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept very well. There was plenty of tea and coffee. Also a microwave, plates and cutlery in the dining area that we were able to use when we wanted. ...
